Today I have been drawing a raft with Google Drawing. I have been using shapes to make my raft. I used rectangles, logs and a circle. I searched the ocean to find a picture for the background. I think my raft design will float in water and it was easy to create my raft. I have been on a raft down the creek, we made ours with strong ropes and bamboo sticks and we put some barrels underneath. My Dad and brothers helped me make it.

My raft design

Thanks for telling me a great story about the raft you have made with your family and want you used to make it. Bamboo floats very well and so do plastic barrels. Have you made a small raft in class to test if it floats?
